The standard toll free numbers are available nationwide, and in Canada. You may choose to limit the area from which calls are accepted by setting up Area Code Restrictions.
Can tracking numbers be directed to a cell phone?
Users can direct calls to any destination number they choose and can change the number at any time.
Will Callbright integrate with my CRM?
Our system was designed to integrate effectively with CRM providers. Callbright data is created in an XML format that is accepted by the majority of programs available.
Can I track my existing toll free numbers?
Yes, in the majority of cases the toll free numbers you already use can be transferred into the Callbright system.
